With Fire In Mind is the fantastic new album from one of folks fast upcoming artists, Dan Wilde. He has been making a name for himself on the UK acoustic folk scene for the past 5 years, performing his own brand of richly observant folk all over the country with appearances at Cambridge and Beverly Folk Festivals. His highly anticipated second album explores a wider variety of subjects than his debut album 'This Is The Place' as Wilde turns his perceptive gaze onto topics that reflect the events of everyday life, while maintaining the wealth of personal experience and emotion that is present in his earlier writings. The album is constructed from songs of both optimism and loss, providing a genuine and honest insight into the life experiences that have shaped his path for the past two years. "Things have changed a lot for me over the past year or so. There have been some pretty intense highs and lows and this has all fed my writing.
