No Love Lost have left reviewers scratching their heads. Sometimes descibed as Doom Metal, Gothic Rock, and even Progressive by the UK music press.

The Birmingham band formed in 2006 and after releasing two highly regarded demos and several line-up changes the band entered the studio to record the "What's It Like To Be Awake" mcd.

"What's It Like To Be Awake" was recorded by Esoteric's Greg Chandler and contains four tracks, "Trinity", "Sleep For A Thousand Years", "The Bridge Between Heaven And Earth" and "Into The Dark", clocking in at just under 25 minutes. No Love Lost are more melancholic than some of the other female fronted metal bands doing the rounds at the moment, prepare to enter the dark.....
