An amphetamine charged hit, the incendiary Rebus provide an onslaught of punky garage rock infused with a rousing electro blast.
Their unique brand of energetic indie-dance has slowly been filtering through to scenesters across the UK from Rebus HQ in Reading, with recent support slots to the Ordinary Boys, S*M*A*S*H, Kubb and The Infadels.
Their tastemaker supporters include Steve Lamacq, Bloc Party (Alex Rebus is personally thanked in their album sleeve), The Cooper Temple Clause, Drowned In Sound and XFM's John Kennedy.
Their track 'Work Song' has also been snapped up as the soundtrack for Vodafone's 3G service and national advertising campaign.
