Since the release of last year's storming debut single 'When You're Gone', METRO RIOTS have been locked away in the studio with multi-million selling producer Pedro Ferreira to record their debut LP. With that in the bag the band return with the first single from the album, NEW EPIDEMIC.

"When You're Gone" established the band with UK press ("... a rip roaring blues rallying call...Single of the Week" - The Sun) and radio ("One of the best live bands around, I love them and so should you!" – John Kennedy, Xfm) and non-stop touring throughout the summer including supports with Dirty Pretty Things and The Charlatans has caused uproar and inspired devotion at every stop. The band continued to tour into late last year including their first European tour supporting Juliette & The Licks.
