Formed in 2009, BETA RAYS are a massive attack of pure pop/rock which comprises a melodic and harmonic rock band who have one main aim - to succeed. Their music can only be described as epic pop music reminiscent of Beach Boys, Monkees and Byrds with vast shifts in love, life and laughter! George's vocals have been likened to a merge of Johnny Borrell (Razorlight), James Skelly (The Coral) and a rocked-up Scouting For Girls, bursting with character and conviction, fused with thumping pop beats. They are indeed the hybrid children of The Beatles and The Knack! Invited to attend the Reading Festival 2010, they played to a rapturous crowd to both public and critical acclaim! Gaining interest from radio and industry alike and a huge live reputation on the London club scene, Beta Rays release a debut single, 'Moving Out' in the UK/worldwide 4th July.
