Biog

The one and only vinyl outing for Captain Mubbers Brigand Musicians was recorded in the mid 80's in the basement of a rundown flat in Kennington, engineered by Nick Biddle. The Mubbers had worked with the late great Dave "Boss" Goodman on some demos in Croydon a few years earlier.

Renowned for often shambolic live performances, and a lack of a permanent rhythm section, J and Sam wrote, arranged, played and produced this album over 2 weekends.

The album was mixed as one continuous piece.
