Stimulator is back with a vengeance with the return of co-founding member guitarist/producer Geoff Tyson. Stimulator's new CD "Lovelier in Black" goes through the whole musical spectrum emotionally and sonically. From complete minimalism ala early Prince and vintage PJ Harvey to orchestration as elaborate as ELO. Singer Susan Hyatt, often compared to Garbage's Shirley Manson, explores the dark side of her psyche. In songs like "Just Be A Man" Susan hypocritically sings about the frustration of dating metro-sexual men while "Me & My RhythmBox" celebrates female sexuality.

Fueled by the loyalty of their fans (they donated and pre-paid for the production of last Stimulator record!) You can see Stimulator on Tour in 2010.
