South African Rapper Mhlara releases 2 brand new singles off his forthcoming EP Struggle.
Mhlangabezi Ngongoma – stage name = MHLARA is a South African rapper, singer, songwriter who is about to drop his brand new EP.
Mhlara's debut EP Hook Me Up was released in 2018 and saw him being playlisted on numerous campus and community stations around South Africa, as well as featured on prominent urban music blogs.

At only 24 years of age, Mhlara is once again ready to show the world what he is made of – and give his fans what they have been waiting for. Born in the n Eastern Cape, in a small town called Mount Frere and raised by a single parent, Mhlara started writing music back in 2012 at the age of 15 and he came to Johannesburg to further his studies and focus on his music career.

He dropped his first single in 2017 titled Segfikile and full EP 'Hook Me Up' which featured the first single, the same titled 'Hook Me Up which features the vocal stylistics of Yuri Zayne.

In 2021 Mhlara is back with 2 brand new singles from his forthcoming EP struggle. The 2 singles called Hold On and Struggle are songs about the hardships in life we all have to deal with and how it is important to hold on and keep the struggle strong.

Mhlara's message to his fans is that they mustn't rely on anyone else, but make it happen for themselves.


Hold On and Struggle will be released on 3 December 2021 followed by the full EP in 2022.
