John Elliott has done it again! Masquerading under the umbrella of Colourful Genre, a title he assumed after leaving The Lesser Known Tunisians, he has produced another genre defying album to sit alongside his previous - From The Film Of The Same Name. This time however, he has used various musicians to enhance his sound - Jay Darlington (Oasis/Kula Shaker) on Keyboards, Mae Karthauser (Mae & The Midnight Fairground) on Backing vocals, Felix Josza on Guitar, Martin Holland (Simmertones)on Trumpet and Billy Bottle (& The Multiple) on Backing vocals. The result is a rich tapestry of sound. Weaving from pure Pop to Country, Blues, Folk and Jazz.
