Biog

Ben Bebbington was a well loved Shrewsbury Busker and poet killed in an unprovoked attack in 2012.

Requested by Bens family, Folk Punk Singer/songwriter Paul Henshaw and Nikki Henshaw have reworked "Alone in the crowd" and recorded this version using Bens own vocal taken from a live performance

The money raised from this single will go to Shrewsbury Ark, a centre for homeless and vulnerable people in the town, which relies almost entirely on charitable donations for its running. It costs £120,000-a-year to keep the Ark
running.

The Big Busk is now in its third year, and is held in memory of the talented musician, poet and artist Ben.

Shrewsbury Ark helped Ben during his life and was very dear to his heart.
